I worked in Drumm's area a couple of years ago, he is a nice guy, but has

I know what you mean. Drumm was a manager when I was and then was promoted to area manager. Nice guy, just tried to hard to manage others. Leadership is an extension of who you already are, it doesnt come with at title. Does he still work for ERAC?
