Congratulations everyone! We have been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in the State of Oklahoma!

The Best Companies Group work with local partners to establish "Best Places to Work" and "Best Employer" programs in order to identify and recognize those companies in a defined geographical area who have been successful in creating and maintaining workplace excellence. As a result of the survey that you filled out and further supporting documentation, we have been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in Oklahoma.

We will find out our exact ranking at a Gala for the Oklahoma Society of Human Resource Management in early May. We are excited to see where we stand compared to everyone else out there.

Congratulations and thank you for making us one of the Best Employers in Oklahoma!

That's funny. The online community at Failing Enterprise has definitely selected Enterprise Rent-A-Car as one of the worst places to work in Oklahoma.

No Talley didn't donate anything. Most employees at ERAC are so scared of Managment they think the online survey is censored! I know thats crazy, but thats the mentality most employees have. As for me I gave the company some pretty lowe scores. I just answered honestly. Theres no way ERAC is one of the best places to work in Oklahoma, not with companies like ONEOK and Dollar Thrifty out there.

Dollar Thrifty?? OK...

I gave them low scores as well. I wasn't overly obnoxious about it, but at the same time, I was honest. And honest, in Enterprise's case, is not a good thing!

I'm not too sure you'd be able to compare our honarable Andy Taylor to the new mayor. HA! Actually, Vanguard seems to be pretty good about things. Their Emerald club, while somewhat pricey, lets you walk out there with minimal paperwork and actually CHOOSE the car you want to drive. When asked why Enterprise can't do something similar to that, the most common response from our upper management is some cocky answer like "Well, that's why they don't make money!" Uh-huh. And tell me...does the businessman that just came off a long flight and now just has to hop in the car of his choice and go straight to his hotel really care about how much money the rental car company just made? Didn't think so; it won't even cross his mind. However, this experience was so convenient (since nothing had to cross his mind and he didn't have to think about much, thus a seemless process) that next time he's making his car reservation with the same damn company.

But, maybe he should try Enterprise - he'll get his choice of a Kia Rio with 48,000 miles and a broken seatbelt or a new car stock grand am that is 25 miles away with no gas. But we provide the better service!!! That, Claremore soldier, is the joke!

I give you credit, worded nicely. But what about the response that the buisnessman is not getting his service personalized? That's also a common
theme from our upper managment. And how the hell are we going to sell "PAK" to this guy? Remember its all about sell, sell, sell!
