I am back in sales again, I guess this is where I belong. I did go to work for the Parks and Rec service, I had a buddy who was high up and needed a transition to a slower pace for a little while. I bought a home and needed the time and energy to fix er' up. It was a good job, with great benefits but no money. I am also enrolled in a Biblical Studies program. I am striving to know the God that I say I follow. Know what I mean?????

is it that bad in tulsa? I can speak from experience it hasnt always been that way.....

of course one person could be responsible for all the BS that is going on. especially when its someone from the top like SW. The people he promotes slowly incoporates his horrible managing style and attitude until the entire Group goes to ruin.

Surely his behavior must be noticed bt T.L. and J.T. I am no longer employed by ERAC by the time I was I throughly enjoyed. M.J. was our RRM and T.L. was the RVP. I worked hard and smart and climbed very quickly. One thing that I didnt do was step all over my team. I stepped on other managers though :) If you can perform they do not mess with you. Make a profit in your branch and make sure to take care of the customer and you will do well. Keep your head up.......
