The RRM got credit for something he had nothing to do with. Then the fallout begins, as this RRM who came from corporate clashed personalities with the managers. Since then I know of a handfull of BRM's an ARM and myself that have finally quit or were terminated.

51LCAM - what are your initials? I think I know you. 5176 moved locations across the street in an old fast food drive through office much nicer than the old trailer. At least they have air/heat and running water.
517D just renovated last year. Same place, but fresh coat of paint :))

oh and by the way...if you remember the area manager of 51DD area R - P.McC. He got booted last year for nailing one of his MA's.

I still respect many of the folks in Management in GP51 and I'm not here to trash those folks. I learned alot in my 5 years with ERAC and wouldn't trade it for anything. It makes you appreciate life some much more when you finally move on.

I have no idea who the RRM is in DD, so I can't answer your question. I can tell you that they split Oklahoma up into two separate parts last year, EO and WO. Mike James is in charge of WO while Steve Weidner is in charge of EO. Mike is a pretty good guy; Steve is, well, just do a search for his name here and you'll get all you need to know.

Mike is not a pretty good guy, can't get too descriptive, but he wouldn't even stand up for an employee who was verbally assualted by a customer, Just bent over for the customer with no apologies to his "team" OTOD GP51 keep up the "dreams".

I haven't had the "opportunity" to work with Steve, sounds like a real winner. Kinda reminds me of a certain hot headed AM.

I'm sorry, but anybody in a position of management, or even a human being for that matter, should always step in and help if someone is geting verbally assaulted at work. I know that if it happens at my branch, ESQI goes out the window and that customer leaves one of two ways: on their own power or in handcuffs. Although I suppose it's the Enterprise way to bend over for the customer and try to gain their business. After all, once they hand us their credit card, we then screw them in many different ways, right? Customers that assault employees - you're scum. And management that actually allows this to occur - you're even lower scum.

I worked at 71 back in the day when cars were stolen from the lot. Gang bangin in Little Rock was quite the area to work.
