How long do you think he will be allowed to continue considering the performance his area has put up over the last 6 months? anyone.........??

I don't know exactly how long he has left, but I can tell you that I feel things are only going to get worse before they get better here in J. We have had nothing but turnover, and more are on their way out b/c of transferring, etc. He is never going to get us where we need to be with 70% of our team being totally new to the game.

I for one, won't cry when he is gone.

rumor has it that this might be his last month.............nice!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is a very good question. If you look at just performance, its quite a bit. If you look at that plus potential business that has been lost as a direct result of his shortcomings, its way more.

I heard BB overpromised and underdelivered one too many times with Peltier.
