| Our retention is worse than your retention. Take that. I have never worked for anyone who blames their employees as bad as car sales. Don't ever go to car sales. If the office is not successful it is the AEs fault. End of story. Never mind the fact that your location SUCKS, you are the only people in the world who sell cars who DONT ADVErRTISE. The first thing your non interested cought off gaurd cold called customer says is OH, YALL SELL CARS?" Great marketing plan. You have area managers who really think they will be group managers one day. NEVER, these people are few to and far between and they stay in their jobs FOREVER. You can work all these years become an area manager RUINING your family life because you are working nine hundred hours a week and you dont make crap for money. I am sorry if I am going to be with a company for eight plus years for a job I will be making better money. NOT WORTH ALL THE MISERY. I have never seen as many brain washed people in my life. |

I sold just short of 200 cars before I left and made just under 80K. If I would've sold a few more I would've hit a 10K bonus. That job really is your own business. You create your own book. |

| The brainwashing is definately in effect for the Donna K supporters. (I worked with her for 8 months) She sells 250+ a year, because 65% of her leads come from her X husband who works for a major lending company. Its an agreement they have. He doesnt have to pay alimony/child support, as long as he sends her 15-20 "done deal" HOT leads a month. Take those away, and she is nothing more than another crooked toothed monkey bitch, working 60+ hours a week selling 6-8 cars a month. GP 51 has a salesperson that sells 250+ and I wouldnt be surprised if there is something similar going on as well. The main problem with Car Sales is that most of the credit union "partners" are credit unions in which an enterprise employee in the past SCREWED UP the relationship, to the point where there is no way they would want to do business with enterprise again. (Paying loan officers under the table, to send deals) Yet, they keep hiring new people that "DONT KNOW" what really happened. So the "new guy" gets to walk into a credit union everyday with a cheesy smile on his face, and gets to "market" to people who DONT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ENTERPRISE. But 9 months later, after the moral of the "new guy" has been broken and the credit union STILL doenst send deals, management pressures the salesman, and wants to know WHY THE FUK ARENT YOU GETTING ANY BUSINESS FROM YOUR CREDIT UNION? (even though they know WHY) Its a viscious cycle, and thats why I bounced. Oh...and if they ever tell you they are "getting" ready to open a new branch. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! It is just another ploy to get you to stay around. 3 years later, they will say "next year," and so on and so on. Even when they have NO intenton of opening a branch at all. |

| Because he couldnt "hack" it. Gp51 Carsales has some of ERACs best employees. Too bad, most of them realize what a joke it is, and leave. They've asked me to come over a couple of times, but I know it would be the "beginning of the end" for my enterprise career. |
