Why 51 "EO" ESQI is down?

Here is a question for ya. Is Drumm still flying around his area acting like Peter Pan?

I used to be a corporate customer, and have switched to a different company. I believe the ESQI is so low b/c the management sucks. The employees that worked at the branch that I used to do business with are RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. AND, THE CARS ARE DIRTY, SMELLY, and OLD.

How did you treat the employees at the branch? If you treat them like shit like you probably did, you get shitty service. GO USE HERTZ! I do agree with the cars being dirty. Its not the employee's fault go blame the gang banger who rented before you that dropped his strawberry soda all over the place,and left his fried chicken crumps in the seat.
