Christmas Bonuses

So does anyone else feel the way I do about not getting Christmas bonuses? I mean...what sort of a company is this anyway? I heard the "Holiday Party" cost $90,000 last year from a very reliable source. I know it was for the group, but this years regional party is on target for $50,000. There are some people who would much rather have a nice Christmas bonus than have a holiday party. Oh wait! I forgot you get your choice of a nice duffle bag w/ an ERAC logo or your choice of crappy DVD's. WOW...thanks ERAC!!! I'm sure glad you value me so much as an employee. For those of you who want to rag on this email, go ask some people what their Christmas bonuses are. They're getting anywhere from $200-$1000 at decent sized companies. Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry...that was a little harsh. I mean, everybody loves the Holiday party. Its one of the few times a year that everyone gets together to get shitfaced drunk, and end up in bed with some random whore. (Either way, it all washes out in the end..... Money well spent)

Holy Shit Balls! Steve Weidner already gave his Christmas bonus. He gave each employee in "EO" the oppurtunity to setup a meeting with him and listen for two hours straight the bullshit he preaches. Hell he sent out a list on email of all the employees that sighned up to talk to him. Thats the Christmas bonus, we all got to see the list of all the ass kissers in our city!

I care about my Christmas Bonus.......A "super-cool" ERAC grill, or Swiss Army watch really doesn't help me contribute to the mortgage payment.

I tried it once. The paint started to melt. Ruined about 15 bucks of food. oh well, as ERAC says, just deal with it lol

I definately would have prefered a bonus check over that Holiday Party nonsense. They had us take a 6 hour bus ride to Wichita, we had a decent night there, then the very next morning a 6 hour ride back home.

I have to admit - it was not a relaxing experience.
