You agree with Laura and stand behind her. So you stand for someone that goes behind ones back and nothing is held in confidential and everything that you tell her she tells Dan, Jeff and Lance.

This is so very true. She walks around so fake to everyone listening to what people say and will jump on anything she hears. She and her whole HR team are fake and worthless. They are a huge waste of our personnel expense. I really think she hates her job and every ERAC employee that she has to deal with. Laura, you are a two faced bitch. Your time will come when your negativity will come back and haunt you!

I had a lot of problems back this past summer about with my manager and assistant manager and everything I was told was spread around like wild fire. I even emailed her once to ask her about transferring policies (not actually wantin to transfer), she immediately runs and tells my area manager how I wanted to transfer. Since then, I don't trust her. To be honest, I have hung out with her outside of the office and she was really fun, but as far as work issues, I don't trust her. I was told she is actually not obligated to keep everything to herself.
