Do you really think that Laura has any power to do anything to Jeff? Everyone knows that Dan didn't like the guy. And when he doesn't like someone, they are gone. Case in point, he likes Jeff Sharpe. His poor judgement in people will come back to haunt him.

Being the lazy, saggy, underachieving employee that you are, you shouldn't trust Laura. You really can't expect to keep failing at your job and something not be done about it. This is classic. You are jealous because you don't have the ambition and determination to acheive a position like hers so you bash her instead. Kinda sounds like criminals always badmouthing the cops for arresting them.

Wake up...would ya!! Have ya noticed the difference between how things were handled (ummm...fairly) when Steven was in HR and now. Or was that before your time? Yeh, it's REALLY a level playing field when you have one person being fired for what the next person is being promoted for. Would you like specific examples or do ya just wanna rush to everyone's defense without the facts. Be careful. You may be next...even though you may be performing right now...which would make you NOT from the TX side...you are not safe.

I would love examples, b/c I don't see that much difference. I do miss my little gay friend though. I don't know of anyone that has been fired for an offense that someone else got promoted for. You have your facts mixed up. Although, I do need to say this. People at ERAC that knew you did say you were a nice person.

How about Leo renting caddies on 9.99 weekend specials unlimited mileage to employees(Harold) and writing the charges off just like he did in Nacitoches while Maranto gets fired for running mileage on just one.

Joel @10 & Toya @ 02 were both fired for ESQI...both were 78/79, but in EVERY other core are were ROCKING!!!!!!!! 100+ OP consistently & fleet growth ta boot. They promoted Cleveland Brown to 02 to replace Toya...he had ESQI @ the time of promotion in the 60's. Steven woulda had a COW!!! Especially since we put out the $ to print out that Promo Guidelines on such nice paper & put it in those shiny little frames for EVERY office...though they don't mean much. No facts mixed up about that. I have more examples if you'd like...I put them all in my exit interview. I suppose you may think it is fair that John Glen never gets any of the promotions he puts in for. Have ya looked @ his numbers for the last 2-3 years??? Consistent growth with no reward. I am a nice person...at least I try to be. I thought alot of the branch managers I dealt with...most of them anyways. I just get tired of seeing people get the screws put to 'em!!!

What about your performance? did it not suck. I disagree with the firing of Latoya but her attitude towards management sucked, so they found a way to fire her. As far as John Glen goes, hell I dont know why he hasnt got promoted. Must be a short thing.

So anyway, I glade you are gone and so is ERAC. If you would have performed I would say that it was ERAC fault, but look in the mirror.

Who is this person saying all this stuff is going to happen. So far the enterprise employee has been somewhat right.

They didn't fire me dumb ass...I quit. And as I have stated in here a million times...I stayed too long & my heart wasn't in it for a long time. I had some really good months performance wise thank you very much. Just got tired of playing in to other peoples' hands. I decided to live life for myself and not for the big "e". If erac is SO glad I quit then why did JS ask me to consider starting a call center in the Farmer's claims office in Longview (where I was moving to)????????????? Check YOUR facts...you got them mixed up. Buh Bye! PS. Are you reading what u r typing???? Must be a "short thing"???? I guess because you know that (because u r right) & u still work there...that says quite a bit about u. As well as "they found a way to fire her"!!! She had great performance and Dan liked her...hope you don't get LIKED by Dan, hon. LOL!
