Does Laura have any clue that all of the 51CC employee's hate her? What does PHR mean after her name in her emails? Professional Hog Rider or would that be her husband?

She has no idea that she is so fake. You can't tell her anything confidential because she runs right to the top. I haven't been with the company very long but it didn't take me long to see thru her smoke screens. The hog comment was great. I think I here a loud beep when she walks backwards too.

It's pretty sad when you can't trust or respect your HR Manager. She is supposed to be the one we can talk to about our issues. She doesn't like dealing with people. She likes sitting in her office doing nothing, collecting her big paycheck and running(I mean wobbling) to Dan with any information she just heard. All she cares about is what Dan thinks of her and she will tell him anything that will make herself look better. Laura, one of these days your two faced ego will come back and bite you in your big fat ass!

speaking from experience...if you need something taken care of...you should call shannon hiebert @ 5199. laura cancelled my health insurance 3 days before i had surgery and 7 days before it was supposed to be cancelled...i have over $11,000.00 worth of medical bills waiting to be paid!!! when i talked to her about it...she said i should file a form with UnitedHealthcare to see if they would pay..."all i can do is send you the form...i am not allowed to do anything else for you."...the ins co said they dont just go in and cancel peoples' policy. i had to call shannon to get any help...and i am still waiting on the results.

Any other good Laura gossip? I love this!

What did you hear? Does she realize she is one of the most hated people in 51CC? Everyone knows that she doesn't care about anyone but herself.

I have found Laura to be a wonderful HR manager. She is kind, understanding and a real advocate for women. Appearances have nothing to do with performance, your remarks are cruel.

Lauras actions are cruel! So if she an advocate for women, what about men. Are you two faced as she is. Its not about her dress its about her attitude and the knife she has in her back pocket for you. You will see.

Retention in Region 51CC has alot to do with her, Dan, and Jeff.

i agree with the retention issue! laura was always very nice to me too...until i quit and was REALLY honest about j & d and the things going on in CC in my exit interview...did i mention i emailed that to jack?
