| Hello to all employees, I am so sick and tired of working my ass off and receiving the "Negative" from my Area Manager. We are above average in all 4 core areas and even tough our package sales are $15.00 lower per car than the Regions average, the feedback from upper management is on cdw sales and not the core areas. What the HELL! Its all about the money that this Region cares about. Dont beleive me, Heres a story A manager who was at the bottom of the performance matrix, was transfered to an office in the top of of the perofrmance matrix. the managers ESQI sucked the managers OP sucked the managers Fleet Growth sucked the managers bad debt sucked the managers UnInsured losses sucked ass the only thing that was good was the employees package sales and he was transfered to one of the top offices in Region 51CC How and the Hell did this happen? What about fairness? What about our core values. Core Vaules???? If anyone reads this from ERAC, please explain how you defend this action from Regions 51cc |

| It's the old boy network. This manager must have been a favorite (brown nose, ass kisser) of the RRM and/or RVP. Sound's rather "normal" for this Group. |
