So people, is there anythingnew in 51EE. How is Mr.Hill, does he still have that nasty mole, growth on his face? Mr,Rob connor, you fat ass, you gain some more weight? Eat some hot wings, drink some beer? How is growth? Remember what the great Peter Fucking Fleming said. If we book every call, growth would be tremendous. At that time in 2004 every MT could be a branch manager in two years if we booked every deal? Are there any MT' left from 2004. Are anyof the MT's from 2004 managers?

Christmas Gift, toy car!!!LOL What an insult. A toy car!! So is Jack, Kevin, and Rob proud of their christmas gift? will they brag about it at the holliday party. Will they go on and on about the toy car when they give their speeches about how great ERAC is and what a great company ERAC is and how good they take care of the employees. Imagine if Jack, Kevin, or Rob are out with some of their buddies who have top level jobs and they start compareing christmas gifts and the one of them says. " I got a toy car!! ROFLMAO Everyone needs to send the cars back to ERAC corp, tell the Taylors what they can do with the christmas gift. Again what an insult! Peace out!

Any news on who did what at the holiday party this past weekend? With Kevin gone, did anyone get a little too crazy? What's the word on Duncan quitting????

Another one bites the dust! Murad put in his notice! When will JG get his pink slip??? Todd, Wilson, Murad, that's about 1 ARM per year gone. Not to mention other countless employees!

Murad, I liked Murad. He was a good guy. The company no longer really cares. The company has not cared about Area Managers since Peter Fucking Flemming was here. If any of you remember during his leadership EE lost several Area Managers and did anyone care? No. there use to be some concern when an Area Manager left because of all the time and training that went into that individual. Years ago it was considered a loss. Now it is Just like who the fuck cares. Lets just promote someone else and pay them less money! Dont let the Gig E get ya down! I Rent Cars II

Of course they don't care about losing ARMs. They can replace them cheaper than keeping them. As pay plans go, why pay an experienced ARM, when you can replace them with an eager BM who will take the traditional pay cut, additional responsibility, and help out the ol' personel expense. What exactly happend with Eck, Wilson, and Murad?

Any word on why Murad left? I worked both with, under, and then with again Murad for a good 9 or 10 months, and I thought that he was an exceptionally good ERAC employee and co-worker. He worked hard, was generally reasonable and reliable, he could be tough, but you always knew where he stood. When I knew him, he fully intended to make ERAC his career -- and with how he worked he deserved to go places. Part of the problem is that ERAC sells to interviewees this concept that "ERAC is growing, and there are lots of area manager and higher positions available, therefore if you follow the plan, keep a good matrix, you'll make a lot of money here too." The problem is, so many great MGT Trainees become great BMs who then become great Area Managers who then realize that they've reached as far as they can advance. They either stay doing the same boring job for 10 to 15 years, or wise-up and shoot their resume to other businesses. The fact is, there is only so much potential growth in the rental industry in any one given market, and when a great accomplishment or two can be made, it's more likely than not that the person above the area manager (in 51EE's case, Mindy and Pete) would take credit, and to hell with the area manager or the BM. What ends up happening is that the best snake oil salesmen get promoted and, not the best employees or those who best accomplished and exceeded goals. In other words at ERAC, it's not about what you have done and will do, it's about what your boss thinks you did or will do - and whether your boss can then cover up what you did by instead claiming that it was him (your boss) and not you. Of course, it's like this in other companies too, but with ERAC it's 10 times worse. I just hope that Murad et. al. have landed some place where they are rewarded for their hard work, dedication and results.
