I was talking to a manger who, well I can not give any details because it will give away his name, but he is well respected by his employees and fellow managers and he is out. He can not wait to leave and will be gone soon. This will be another shock to 51C TX. Treat people right and they will stay. I am sure if my friend would have been treated right and not like a piece of trash he would stay.

I was talking to my friend and he said he does not go on this site, but twice, because it is soooo negative. It may be negative, but it's the truth.

My friend got knocked in the face the past two days by upper management and he keeps on getting hit and hit and hit and hit and yet he still manages to stay with this company. He said he is done, but I don't believe him because I have heard this line before. One one think he would get the picture and understand they dont want him to get promoted or transfered to help him. So much for the Core Values Dan, maybe you need to read them.
