i have never been to a prison so i do not know personaly if that is true but i know that all most every one in my area is quiting or looking for a new job. or has been let go seeing that the AM only wants his people that he trained in the area and they are trying to run every one off that was under the old AM.
here is my story i stareded under a bad mgr and never got trained the right erac way then i got to move out of that office and i was getting trained vet well. but then i was told i hade to go to a diff. office and work and i was promised the world for a mt but that was just smoke blowing up my butt. then I was put in to a hostile work enviromentat the new office and HR let it happen then i was made to drive over 450 miles per week to a new office out of town without a choice w/o a company car or re paid for the gas and the AM knew what kind of car i own and the amount of gas it takes, was also awair i was spending 1/3 of my income mothly in gas. i was going to have to over qualify to take the mqi to be alowed to take it. i was told i had to get 2 more months on the top 1/2 of the matrix to be alowed to take it when i had already been on the top half 3 months in a row. i was left out of traing activities and mutiple other things. and i busted my but for them and only 2 mgrs seemed to give a rip about my career with erac

Hello. i recently had a problem with an Enterprise rental office in East Texas. I knew of my trip well ahead of time and made a reservation accordingly to avoid any problems. ( I made my reservation 3 months in advance). Two weeks before my trip I called that office to confirm and was given the green light and that everything was fine. Fast forward to D-day, not only did they tell me that I was on "stand by" but that the wait could be as much as several hours or a day. What the hell???? I HAD to leave at a certain time ( duh, henceforth the reservation for a designated time) and had to use another rental agency to avoid missing a flight. Never, never again, Lesson learned! Go Hertz :)

Why didn't you call the day before instead of 2 weeks ahead of time? Things happen. Has your flight ever been cancelled or delayed, even though you already bought your ticket in advance? If you would have paid for your rental in advance they would had your car. A reservation don't mean a thing. Think about it. Do you think all customers that make reservations actually show up. Hell No!! So I dont want to hear you Bitch, because we did not have your car, because you made a reservation. A reservation is a booking in advance, not a gurantee. Next time pay for the rental in advance, you dumb ass customer. One more thing you probably didn't qualify so you are blaming Enterprise for your dumb ass mistakes.

It's because of people like you and attitudes like that that Failing Enterprise exists.

Actually, when I did call to confirm my reservation, I offered to put up a credit card then to avoid this dilema. I do believe a major credit card does put me into the category of "qaulifying". ( Not to mention, a cc used for busines travel...and used frequently at that). The attitude seems familiar, almost like the one I encountered when I came to rent the car. It was a whole different story before hand, everyone was polite and genial. Alas, it is not a surprise this site exists when one has to encounter someone as rude and unprofessional as you. I was told when I called to confirm that they did not need my credit card until the day of the rental. What a loser.

You are the loser. It seems that you left some of your facts out of your first statement and then added them at the end after my comment. Hertz suck and I know Enterprise treats their employees like crap, but you are not telling the truth. Why don't you tell the whole story.
