The real story is this. You called and said you had a major credit card and when you showed up you had a debit card not a credit card. The employee told you the qualifications and you pitched a fit and said you were never told and we told you to goto Hertz and they can take debit cards without qualifing you. Bottom line, this isn't a rare occurence. This situation is played out several times a day at every ERAC in the nation. Its lack of communication on both sides. Oh well, you all have fun cleaning up the mess! LOL.
