I was told that during the Branch Managers meeting yesterday he announced that saturday would officially be his last day with ERAC. He wanted to put at bay the rumors going around that he was selling his house. He said it was already sold and that he was moving back to Virginia. Don't know if he was fired, asked to leave or just quit.

Unfortunately I am still there....but not for long....I have plans that I have to see through before I can leave....I have jobs waiting on me....they will never make me into something I'm not....I am way to strong willed and a very independent person....that's why I'm leaving....NO ONE is going to put me into a mold that I don't want to be in....I feel sorry for those that get brain washed into thinking that they can become a RRM or higher....those people are few and far between....only those that don't care about others and only care about the money will ever get that far!! It's a shame!!!
