| It is nice to see that there aren't too many people bitching about GP52... I have been at ERAC for 4 years, and seen many people come and go, including my husband. Until now, I have NEVER talked to or heard of anyone that had so much anger built up about their job. What I don't understand about this site, is the bitterness. As far as I know, no one was ever forced to stay with ERAC. I know that many feel like they were tricked into working here, but why did they stay so long? Why are they still so bitter about it? Get over it, and move on with your new job that will pay you $150,000 in your first year. This site talks about unethical practices... every job has unethical people. It is up to you to decide how you are going to run your business. It talks about how you have to wash cars in your suite... wasn't that told to you when you interviewed? It talks about people sleeping around, once again, you will have that at any company... especially one that hires recent college grads and supplies them with alcohol. Everyone makes their own decisions, it is not ERACs fault people sleep around! |

erac eats people up...it can truely warp your perception of how good you really are, untill you test the waters. nobody makes 150k right outta erac, but most are 100% happier and have a more positive outlook, myself included. the odds of making 150k slaving at erac i would put about 1/800 unrealistic |

| I guess I am still brainwashed... Even if I left now, I wouldn't be angry. I am choosing to stay... The $150,000 was refering to all the people that leave ERAC for the jobs the supposedly pay that much... like you said, there are not many jobs that start at $150,000, so if people are leaving ERAC for jobs like that, they should be thankful to ERAC for giving them something valuable to put on their resumes. |

if i enjoyed erac i'd still be there i hated it for the most part...though not everything, some things i did enjoy. the only reason why erac has so many haters and websites such as this is that they are billing themselves as a high flying wall street type of job, when really it's a low end retail job...there are plenty of similiar or worse type jobs, but those people don't bitch cause they knew that going in. if erac was more honest about 80% of the dissent would dissappear....the dishonesty and the bragging about paychecks really turned me forever off from erac. it's not like that in other environments, people bragging about how much they/or their boss makes...pretty classless and tacky |

| Did you work in 52? |

| I didn't go to college to do the ridiculous work required by ERAC, and no, it was not told to me in the interview that I was going to be washing cars in a suit. You must not have a problem with this kind of work, but seeing as you are not college educated (e.g. suite), you probably wouldn't mind something other than Burger King. As for the unethical behavior, you are absolutely correct in that every company has these horrible people. What other companies don't have that ERAC does is a ridiculous ethical code they make you memorize. Report unethical behavior and it's nothing more than talking to the wall. Fabulous company indeed! |

| Yes, I am college educated... the suite vs. suit thing was a typo. I am sure you have never typed a word you use frequently, when meaning to type another word. The point of my original post was reiterated in your statement. If you don't like it, leave. ERAC does have many ways to report unethical behavior. Try www.ethicspoint.com, it is completely anonymous. This site allows you to name people, their departments, and state exactly what unethical thing they have done. This is one of the few things ERAC does to show they care about the founding values. I am sorry you don't or didn't enjoy your time at ERAC. If you are still there, do all current employees a favor and leave, we are tired of hearing you complain all day. If you are not still at ERAC, good luck in your new endeavor. |
