What's going on in 53AA? The new RVP was supposed to be big on retention but it seems like a lot of people are leaving? Any word on what's going on? Any dirt to add?

A lot of people are dropping like flies. People with tenure. There's one that left and that person had tried to leave before and ERAC wouldn't allow it. SM if you see this post your goodies. The funny thing is, when this person left they went straight to Hertz. Not only did they go to Hertz but they set up a new office almost directly across the street from their old branch. Sweet!!!!

The entire admin office is falling apart piece by piece. TL is doing a fantastic job of cleaning house.

Next time all you green bleeders are at the counter on a day with no cars remember this.... "Personal honest and integrity are the foundation of our success." So don't lie and tell them you will find them a car, or one is on the way.......exercise personal honesty and integrity and tell them the ERAC way. We overbook because we plan on people canceling. When we run out of cars, we run out......we could care less if you have a reservation. We're a car renter not a manufacturer.

If it's only been a few months then you know about the admin people leaving. You know that VR-fired, Remarketing-terminated, HR - quit, Area Mgrs. stay constant. It's the beginning of the fiscal year so many moves have taken place. People have left leaving branches severely understaffed. If you were in Reg A before you know how it was, now take on average 2 people out of each office... yeah. As an MT seeing a lot of branch managers taking moves out of rental either because there is no where for them to go or they are feeling the pressure. Why would I want that stress. (Newly created positions in admin are probably the reason for the decline in branches.)

Holla SM in the house. Yea you liked that huh.... I thought it was pretty cute myself. The bad thing is that i was really good at my job and i really liked it but when the pay goes down and the stress goes up Something is not right...and it begins with the initials TL... I feel bad too Derbs if you ever read this stuff get him outta there... the funny thing is anyone that knows me know i was one of the most fired up people about enterprise, but you can only disguise things so much though.. Now i start work at 715 and i am done by 245. I get to play with kids all day and dispite what all upper management says I am making more money now working those hours, and plus i have my sanity....Well i do wish everyone there the best cause if you work under TL you are gonna need it.
