There are more shady promotions and firings then anything else. I've been away from the green monster for the last 4 years, but I endured a year of Todd Assamitas.

There was a situation where some managers were changing phone numbers for esqi, when one was questioned and admitted to it, he was rewarded with a promotion to area manager.

Most of what I saw was under the table promotions where you didn't have to interview, you were just given the promotion. After being in a different industry, I wish I had a video camera and a good lawyer, because I would be a wealthy man today.

Who was promoted? Todd Addemits was a complete bullshit artist. They forced Jon Easley out because of that guy.
