HOW MUCH $$ DO YOU REALLY MAKE IN GP53?

I thought that this issue would be an interesting topic. I think it would be eye-opening for many current employees to know what employees in different positions and levels within this company and specifically group 53 earn per year.

Whether you are current or former, go ahead and dish on your total compensation. Make sure you mention your:
1. Time with the company
2. Level/Position
3. Region
4. Anything else thats seems pertinent

Please dont embellish the truth, otherwise the purpose of this thread is lost.
I know people are sensitive, but I think this may be very interesting.

I was there for 4 years.
Level 2 BM Region E
I actually saw my AREA MANAGER's commision % once and figured that he made 5K more than me--I couldnt believe it. This really surprised me because he was tight with my RRM and RVP(everyone knows this is the only way to get ahead).
And there were some months when I actually made more than him when our area sucked it up and my branch excelled. Granted, I was probably on the higher end of BM's statewide making between 55-60K in 2005.
After all the Bull___ getting to Level 3, to not even be rewarded with a decent payday is atrocious. Thank god I jumped ship when I did.

When a quality thread like this portraying the realistic picture of ERAC doesn't get much activity, it clearly verifies there are more e-chimps lurking on this website than former e-chimps. They know the real truth and are just in denial.

just shy of 10 years, level 2.5! Level 3 results and respect from peers but I worked for a career killer and a promise of promotion! 65k last year, no complaints there.
