| A little old news but a RBM in EE got fired back last month or so for DWI in a company car. Also a guy got promoted to ARM only to fail a drug test and have to go back to his old branch, even though it had already been promised to another guy. As I understand, he's still with the company. Sorry my "sources" were out of the loop on new shit, so I haven't heard anything about Derek's departure. |

| I heard that the Manager that got the DUI was at a company event. How does this company continue to virtually force employees to go to these events by pressuring them with "it doesn't look good if you don't go" and then fire them for drinking and driving? Who buys the drinks and encourages them to have a few? Management does. How can someone be fired after an area manager bought them drinks and then let them drive? |
