Yeah Ashby is still in Wake Forest. In other news that fat ass loser Bartimac "wrote up" all the managers in his area for not selling enough coverage. Third write up and you're fired...how is that possible? He can't even fill vacant spots now.

it's not possible. the problem is that nobody gives a fuck about selling damage waiver. what will happen is the third time will come around (which inevitably will happen if this rule stays in place) and nobody will do shit because you can't justify firing a perfectly good manager. How you gonna fire someone like Ashby when Shannon Robke was with the company for 10 years? you're not. why even make the threat unless you just want to make yourself look a little more stupid? you don't see anybody making these threats for esqi do you? hell no. Wouldn't be anybody left. Fuck the customer.

I always hear Bartimac was a good guy....guess that is out the window. Why is there so much hostility towards him. I know his brother and I was just wondering. PS. I am not from NC (if thats any consolation)

Where did this Bartimac guy come from? I left two years ago and have never heard of him.

Bartimac is one of those fast track ass-kissers that got the ARM spot b/c he treats people like shit-hey just like schneider-go figure. The only cool ARM in this region is BC.
