Are your initials MM - you managed G7 and then A6 for a while?

The MM I'm thinking of didn't manage G7 but did A6 and the guy was a workhorse. He bled green and he was &*#$&*#& like so many others. If the upper managment would step up and develop their people they would find the numbers would follow. As it stands right now, retention is at record lows, ESQI hasn't budged and the stagnant numbers dictate policy. Business ethics?
AS don't know the meaning as much as he likes to posture differently. The guy could be a $%&$&#* saint in his personal life but he don't know jack about people or business. Based on Admin gossip the guy isn't long for this region! 3 more weeks and I can kiss it all goodby!

I know Brians Brother is now a BM in Charlotte....didn't he come from an office in the sticks?? Brian can sell some dub though....at least he could when he first started.

SC? South Carolina is part of the NC group? I know he is in Charlotte now and was also living in Greensboro but that sounds like a hike.....anyways I just know Brian but he told me his brother is an area manager with the company.

Only a few SC braches are in the NC group. Just the ones near Charlotte.

Gotcha. Well I never thought Brian's brother was the prick he was made out to be and if the reason is because he is writing up managers to perform better then I guess that sux for the managers. But how do you get your people to sell if you can't yourself. And did anyone think that there is a possibility that the write ups are the ideas of someone above him? I don't really know that guy I know when people are not perfoming you don't just let it slide. Progressive Discipline!! SEL all the way
