I used to work with Bartimac when he first started. He was promoted by the fact that we was willing to go whereever. He has moved around quite a bit. He has his good and bad points, but I've seen reports as of last month and he one of the bottom five area managers in GP53. I think when people get promoted so quickly - they probably aren't ready for that level III position within 4 years, but thats ERAC... shit rises to the top.

Bartimac can piss some people off - that's a fact. The turkey leg was funny though - so easy there big guy. I couldn't imagine having him as a boss - would be a terrible nightmare. His numbers are pathetic - if you don't believe that go to your business manager and ask for the last AM rankings.

Oh I know his numbers are pretty low right now. I talk to him on a regular basis. I no longer work at ERAC so my business manager wouldn't be able to look it up hence the name "Slave No More". That is true about people getting moved up too quickly but the good thing is that he should (hopefully) learn from his mistakes. Oh well. I am out.

In fairness to Bartimac, its a crap area. K3 was always a decent branch but A9 is a tough branch to run and his other offices are out in the sticks, WAY out there.
I'm glad BC got one of the RRM deals, I guess he was the only arm w/decent #'s. No surprise the other guy is from Cali-they always rule the awards in Orlando. Also, I believe Dan Miller came from SoCal before coming to NC.

Murph did a good job of making money at A9 if I remember correctly

By the way, who is BC?

Preach on brotha! I have gotten off the don't register peace because I have come to realize that some people still work at ERAC and actually believe that then can get caught by corporate or just don't feel like doing it. Tis all good in my book. Do whatever you want I have no feelings about it.

Murph was a badass - never seen someone so willing to talk crap directly to their bosses' faces. He always had Bo on the ropes when he was at A9. Also stood up to Derek and Dan.

Guess that's why he never got one of those Area Manager spots though. Hopefully he got the hell out of there like I did.
