Just curious what is happening in 53EE. I was there for six years and made a lot of friends -- and enemies.

I currently work in 53EE and it blows bad. I am in the process of trying to get out and get a new job. I've hated it for a long time, since the beginning really, but I've been pushed over the edge lately. I don't want anyone to know who I am, but after I get out of there I'll post about some of the crap I've been through. Several people have left lately, including managers, and I know of at least a couple others who are in the process of trying to do the same. Details to come...

Adam Schneider-still shamelessly screwing up the region. The only movement in numbers worthy of mentioning since he invaded are the employee retention numbers which continue to plummet. How ironic if his middle name started with an 'S'. Though we may see a nice increase in law suit's if his meetings keep following the same line of reasoning " Don't eat there! It's not Enterprise approved, Don't talk to that person, they aren't cut from the Enterprise cloth" What an Ass-Clown. Hey Schneider, NEWS FLASH! The reason people drink so much and fall off of balconies is because they are so pissed at the direction the region has taken! Stagnant ESQI and *ZERO* employee satisfaction equates to BAD BUSINESS. Putz! You're not reading the right books!! Have you ever actually read "Cigars, Whiskey and Winning?" From the few excerpts I read, evidently not.

Jeff Durborow- Still shamlessly ignoring the fact that he royally $&*$& up by putting that tool in place to begin with.

Dan Miller- Laughing all the way to the bank God Bless Him, though freezing his ass off in the process.

Paula Lushane- Still skillfully covering up the raw sewage that Shneider & Co. leave in their mismanagement wake. How does she sleep at night?

I agree Paula should get an award for what she does but Adam only gives out sales awards. Better luck next year when Adam is no longer there and the next RVP gives a damn.

I'll be announcing my resignation in a few weeks. Can't wait to be free. I've yet to decide whether or not I want to give a few people a piece of my mind when I do it.

I would definetly let people know how you feel, good and bad. I wish I would have said more when I left.

If you do it let us know on here. Some of us have been in that area or still are and would like to hear what happened.
