yea andy is so proud of the work at 34 that he sent out a message to the whole group about hitting 180 on rent this week. Good job on that, even if their income sucks (almost 900) and they are still run by a drug addict. Glad to hear Justin is doing well, sounds like Stahl is out of control, whatever happened to Carlton?

CM was released a while back. He was a great guy, but his leaving is a long and drawn out story. I think that he got a raw deal. CM was one of my mentors and I hated to see him go. I hear from or about him every few months. From what I hear he is doing well and has kept off all the weight he dropped.

KM who used to run A3 was a pretty good manager. His only problem was he was more superman than delegator. I heard he is about to start at HLE in the philly area.

Jason who ran E2 was a good guy but did a poor job numberswise

Truth to the Jen thing, seeing as it is me, i think i know the deal....just to clear up any confusion for you people-AND get the facts known.

My last annual review was complete lies. Andy used 3 different "sets" of numbers to judge my performance (fiscal year, cal year, and then combo of each including H7). In EACH AND EVERY INSTANCE he used the set that reflected the worst performance, and I could PROVE it. I went back, recalculated the numbers, went to Tudella and had them do a new review. That's how it all started....

THEN, I went to a lawyer and had them formally draw up a complaint letter (sent to corporate) and sat there and waited...the day the letter was signed for at corporate (that same hour actually) i was called to admin and let go. Tudella said that it was obvious that i didn't want to be there. I told him "gee, how perceptive you are" and peaced out.

My lawyer filed a complaint and all the chumps (tudella, stahl) had to go give sworn statements about the stuff that went on....the best part of the whole thing is that i got copies of it all (great lies to cherish forever...and REALLY laugh at). My lawyer requested transcripts and sworn statements of everything and gave me copies. I even got my ENTIRE employee file, which ironically was FILLED with praise from everyone....cept Stahl. Even Paula commented on how "odd" that was...

Its insane to see what is in the file...they had to show records of everyone they let go that year and give the reason, let's just say even MORE lies!!! I almost felt like i was reading this secret documents from the erac vault...it was definitely worth every penny just to get that in the mail...hundreds of pages and lots of humorous content to read.

For the record, that passing out on the desk thing and the new hire story (as stated above) is the funniest thing i have ever heard....not even an ounce of it is true. Guess that might have been part of the lie/coverup story. :) Honestly don't care what anyone says, as long as its a LITTLE close to the truth....only reason i even knew about the comment is cause i got a text saying "hey, your name is on the erac site" and my curiousity got the best of me....CAUSE I STILL LIKE ERAC DRAMA... :)

One last note..Kevin V and I were DATING for over a year...slightly more noteworthy than simply "BANGING." And sorry, no sleeping with LCAM's for me...although not a bad idea for when i write the novel!!!

I didn't mention anyones sex life. I just wanted to know about bad managers. I think it is hilarious that it turned into a sex thing. Now if you want to call me out - do it. Because if you do call me out - I will know who you are and I will tell everything about you - because there are only a few that know me and why I left such a long time ago. Think about it before you react. Douche bag should only be capitalized at the beginning of the sentence and bag should not be capitalized at all the way in the way it was used. I received my last paycheck from ERAC so I have nothing to lose and there is no bridge to be burned so I'm calling out these two boys. Respond if you see this.
Greg Sandidge - This guy is the biggest asshole I've ever known. He is the guy that says faggots in one sentence and then praise God in the next.
He keeps a bible on his desk to let everyone know that he is a good Christian. He is the most dangerous type of Christian - he uses the book to talk a good talk, but walking the walk is not his forte. He gets more fulfillment pushing peoples buttons and bullying than anyone I've ever met. I feel truly sorry for his wife and baby because I'm sure they know he is a bastard, but can't do anything about it because he has mastered the ERAC mindfuck.I would like to say this is just an opinion, but ask anyone in 53AA if they really like this guy. Why would he have 4 people quit his department in less than two years?

Daniel Graham - This guy has the spine of a jellyfish and is as two faced as the Phantom of the Opera. Dan makes his own rules up as he goes along. One day he says he totally bought in to ERAC and the next day he'll throw his manager and anyone in the department under the bus just to save his ass AND that area manager position he got...it was given to him BECAUSE it was created FOR him. I've seen that a few times at ERAC. Makes you wonder what the future holds for these fine, hardworking, people. I imagine a GM position somewhere in the future. Oh yeah, back to area manager position - he did not interview for it as it was never opened. On Friday he was remarketing supervisor and on Monday he was an area manager. Things that make you say hmmmmm..... Two useless pieces of shit.
