Wow I worked for this manager and he was a great guy that cared more for his people and for the company than any other manager that I have known. He made a huge mistake and paid for it but no one knows what was going on outside of of work. Thats right he also has a life outside of his 60 hour work week. Who ever wrote this message (DM) you are obviously jealous that you are about 1/8 of the person that he is. This manager has overcome more things in his life than anyone I know and this will just be another story that he can show everone about how to deal with adversity and last time I checked we are all human and do make mistakes. I wish that I could take credit for the “Skeletor” comment but I certainly know better than to write comments like that can be traced back to me. Besides considering that I was fired, who am I to criticize anyone else still at ERAC?

I only worked for Andy for a few months, but liked him and still do. I enjoyed working for Andy as well as I did hanging out with him the few times I saw him outside of work. I think that I had more success getting cars out or Andy’s area than any other. JS was the guy I could never get cars from. I have never worked with Jeff (and barely know him), but heard nothing but good things about him. I think that he was royally screwed when he was promoted to the AM spot and then pushed back down to BM. I feel that what someone does in their personal life is just that, personal. I don’t know exactly what it was that Jeff was doing, nor do I care, but I do think that he should have been allowed to take the promotion based on his credentials - his performance. And when it comes to Skip and a public forum I know to keep my mouth shut. I think that his retention and several other factors say more about him than anything I’d say in print.

Since I am signing this there are a few other things that I would like to say… I really did enjoy working for ERAC with the only exception being while at G2. I had a terrific assistant and MT that helped me turn G2’s numbers around 100%. Unfortunately we got so burned out working 6:30am-8:00pm with a hour commute each way we fixed everything but our ESQi. The little help personnel help that we did received was too little to late. 160 cars is just too much for 3 people. I’m not even bitter about being fired, the unemployment was enough to keep me from ever having to take money out of my savings. When Brad came in to fire me my bags had been packed for 2 months. After loading my things in the car I walked back in specifically to shake Brad’s hand and thank him for an awesome 4 years. If you ask him he’d tell you that I was smiling and joking when the ax fell. From what I hear Brad is throwing for KK’s old spot. I wish him the best and hope that he gets it. I’m sure that he will miss the beach and be missed.

To all my friends still working those long days, enjoy the triplicate we finally sold a car, and “The Origin National Oyster Shucking Day” emails. I hope it makes the day go by just a little faster.

Kurt Klebe You all should not be brainwashed by him, I used to work in accounting and you would not believe some of the things that would come out of his mouth. He thinks that people from the South are unintelligent and are jokes. He thinks that women cannot do as well as constantly talks about the looks of all employees. Ryan Moore another pathetic excuse of threatening to leave if not promoted. Kurt will do anything to keep retention up. Once saw a review that said he played facorites and needed to work on it. I left early one day and saw at a bar drinking at like two in the afternoon. He married his wife because her family owns some backwoods camp in Colorado but one day will make huge profit of the land and he is not much better as a father. Anyone elase got anything good I could go on for hours. Any questions let me know

Wow that kinda explains her quick rise to stardom and the extra attention she received from him at the Awards Dinner. I'm still surprised though. His girl was gorgeous, but I know some people thought she was just his beard.

Honestly liked this post until you started grinding your personal axe. That's fine, these forums are free but you sound like a jilted, jealous lover which total discredits your other comments. Corporate politics are a reality in a company this size...get over it or get another job. Nah, just get another job.

Boy, sometimes the truth hurts doesnt it????? That is the problem with the company. Nobody that works there knows how to tell the truth. I have seen it first hand. It is nothing more that a corporate sweat shop. The top dogs get richer and all you get is a knife in the back. Sad place to be!
