I'm sure your life is perfect now, but I tend to doubt it because you're still a very LITTLE, BITTER PERSON on the inside and I know from working in "real" corporate America, that nobody wants a negative, cancerous lession like you in their organization for very long. The truth hurts. |

Why don't you really open your eyes; try to read and then comprehend. I don't believe I indicated anywhere in my post that I was fired. Secondly, I'm not quite sure if "lession" is french for "legion", but whatever????? Pardon me for expressing my opinion about my former AM on a site called "FAILINGENTERPRISE." I do not believe the creators of this site ever intended to uplift and motivate ERAC or some its WORST managers. I hate to throw out the common saying but here it goes .......Opinions are like a$$holes,......................... EVERYONE has one....................... and most important, they sometimes stink. With that clarified, I would like to second my nomination for G. Flemming as the Worst Manager in GP53!!! |

| As a twist on this thread, I have to say Bo Broadhurst was the best Area Manager. He was excellent at pumping your head full of bullshit, but you could not help but believe him. I know he's going far in this ERAC thing. |

YOU ARE WAY OFF BASE ON THIS GUY. PERIOD. YOU COULD START A NEW THREAD ON HIM TODAY AND YOU WOULDNT GET ONE GOD-DAMN RESPONSE. WORST MANAGER, YOU HAVE TO BE OUT OF YOUR STINKIN MIND. FLY YOUR SORRY ASS BACK TO HAITI OR WHERE EVER YOU WERE FROM AND LEAVE GARY THE FUCK ALONE. BY THE WAY, FROM WHAT I'M TOLD, YOU WERE LIKE A 5 YEAR ASSISTANT MANAGER--WHO'S THE WORST--- LEVEL 3 OR LEVEL 1???????????????????I also reiterate the following previously posted: It is clear to me that someone who feels the need to come on here and slam a manager years later obviously still feels slighted and my guess is that if you really detest Gary Flemming that much, you must have given him a reason to ride your ass. It doesnt sound like he fired you wrongfully, infact, you havent listed one real reason why his name should be added to this list. I worked for him at 5339(and I'm not the same person that posted before in his defense) and he wasnt perfect(no one there could be under those conditions), but he always had our backs, period.-- while having to put up with the RRM and RVP from hell. Who has your back little airline girl/guy? I'm sure your life is perfect now, but I tend to doubt it because you're still a very LITTLE, BITTER PERSON on the inside and I know from working in "real" corporate America, that nobody wants a negative, cancerous lesion like you in their organization for very long. The truth hurts. |

| GF did suck, so calm down little girl. He was a cool manager, but the switch flipped when he went to Area Manager. He was an ass to DD and many of the other managers that were once his buddies. Unfortunately, it came back to bite him when he got canned for not producing numbers. His people just didnt want to pull together for him. The same thing happened to Derek (I wish i could have been in the room for that firing). It isn't all G's fault though. The higher up you go with E, the worse it gets from a taking sh*t perspective - and sh*t always flows downhill. He is probably kicking his feet back glad as hell that he is no longer with the big green. I'm sure when they fired him the post for his open job(on a dot matrix printer, ha ha) said "Here we grow again!!" The E propaganda machine at full steam. |

| I hate to continue this thread but I couldn't resist the ERAC drama. When will we all let go of the ERAC drama; maybe never!! Anyway, yes DD was an a-hole, however, only to those he didn't know or didn't care to know. GF was a good manager, only to his 5339 crew. Every other store in his area was treated like the step-child; especially after he became an AM. It is my humble opinion that GF was influenced by Derek about DD and because DD thrived on controversy, he ultimately made his relationship with GF worse and brought on hiw own hardship. I remember DD showing me some of the unattainable goals GF and Derek set for him and he didn't seem to care if he met any of them, especially CDW. Eventually he did QUIT, which was very necessary for everyone on both sides. His departure was classic though. He wrote GF one of the best letters I have ever seen insulting him in every way possible. I have never seen anyone bold enough to write a such a letter and then have the b#lls to hand it to him personally and watch him read it. So thats my take on this thread. Sorry to call you an a-hole DD but you know you were!!!! |
