Who are some of the worst managers to have come across you path as an Enterprise employee?

Skip Stephenson - Current Area Manager. He has been an area manager for something like 9 years, which is about his retention.

I don't know about worst but one of the best out there is John Fair

I would say the worst two faced manager I've ever had was Daniel Graham.

Andy Stahl, douchebag extraordinare.

Forget getting help if your not in his area, or even in it. He's one of these who talks a good talk but when you call him up needing cars "Hmmm, well it just doesn't look like we got any available in the area, sorry guys, but keep booking and you'll definitely sit tight"

And forget trying to get a promotion in his area. He already has his own hand picked. At least when they pass the drug test. Its pretty bad when your biggest "breadwinner" can't put the pipe down long enough to piss through a drug test to get to be an area manager, TWICE. But Andy made sure the breadwinner didn't lose his job over that. Just feel secure as a customer knowing he can still pick you up, if he isn't hiding away, getting stoned in his back office or on the golf course.

Now Justin York is a good area manager. He has had some problems in his offices at times, but he treats his guys right. I have been under both of these guys and I definitely know which one I'd not even bother to piss on if he were on fire.

I will also echo that I have several friends that work(ed) under Mr. Stephenson, and for the ladies often on top. Thats the best way to get ahead in his area, take one for the team, even if you are getting banged by Skeletor.

I worked for Andy for a little while and could not get out fast enough! One monday morning we had an unusually big rush come in, I was stuck on the phone, half of our office was out on pick ups and Andy was in his office doing TPS reports I only had one other person in the office helping customers. I tapped on his wall a few times to try to get him to come help us. He waslked out, asked what was going on, and then went back into his office. I guess I should just be glad that he made it to one of his offices before 9am. Andy is a nice enough guys, but will never move up. I hear that he is looking to make a lateral just to get a fresh start.

I once overheard Andy saying "I can deal with my wife's cheating with all of those doctors, I can handle all of the thousands of dollars that she sucked up her nose, but when it comes to the Steelers, I fuc_ing kill her!" I do have to give him a little credit for covering up the whole Jennifer Reider thing.

As far as Justin York goes, but could not find a greater guy. Justin knows that with companies being so competitive that it is usually the people that give them the edge. Justin always puts his people first and has done great things because of it. I wish that I still worked for him. Justin will make a great G.M., but is wasting his amazing talents on Enterprise. I owe my career with ERAC to J. Yo. Thanks buddy!

Details on the Jenn thing plz. I know she was banging Kevin V, another BM, but I have never heard the whole deal on on why she was "let go"

She was also reportedly having sex with a level 3 (who i will not mention because he is still a friend of mine) and a former LCAM. According to the rumors that I heard she was supposed to be working at 34 with a new hire one Saturday. The NH got there and waited outside the office until 9:30 and JR still had not shown up. She triend the froun door and found it was unlocked. Apparently the NH was conccerned about the door being unlocked and the alarm not going off so she walked into the Manager's office to check on the safe. The NH found JR passed out drunk on her desk in the clothes that she had worn out the night before. From what I remember the NH called another employee to help JR and a few people showed up someone helped her run the office and someone else took JR back home in Ral. Who knows if that was what really happened, but that was the way that I heard it.

Wow drugs, booze, and sex! Glad to see Andy has instilled the Enterprise Values in 34! Can't see why anybody would EVER wanna leave.
