This fucking company will haunt you until they drain the life from your body. All the fucking lying propaganda they feed you from their fucking recruiters is all bullshit. GP53 is ran by a fucking dickhead that only cares about his weekends in Aspen or boating on Lake Norman. People that believe all the bullshit about 6 figures in 6 years, the fun, the great friends you'll make - are fucking too stupid to realize that the bullshit you have to put up with is not worth all the fucking idiots that surround you - that includes about every fucking manager that I knew. To top it off - their great plan (employee survey response) to rollover your profit sharing into your 401K is a complete winner for ERAC, but not for the employee. You'll have to figure that one out for yourself - believe me if the E chimps knew how it really comes out in the end they would be livid. I have nothing good to say about ERAC. If anyone in GP53 has the balls to respond - I'm ready for a fight. Bring it on assfucks and I'll let you know how it really goes and I'll name names. What do I have to lose - that ship has sailed!!!!!

Do you still work there? Does PE still like to re-live his glory days from the beach? The only thing I liked about him was his use of the F-bomb... at least he had the balls to fire TA...what the hell did that guy do anyway???

What put you over the top?

I don't work there any more. For me, the mental abuse is what really put me over the top. I've never seen a company that literally tries to brain wash you. If some of you ERAC robots don't believe that - you're only fooling yourself. I can't wait to hear some responses. I can read them now - You just weren't bought in, you weren't a team player, you weren't competitive...I say fuck that. When I was a manager my employees liked me and I hope respected me because I respected them. I maintained good relationships with all those at my level and below. I moved around a bit in the same region, but was unable to put up the with mind fucking ERAC will give you. Fuck ERAC - fuck WW, fuck AA, fuck MM, fuck EE, fuck HH. Fuck all those nut licking level III's who talk a good talk, but can't walk it and don't have the integrity to admit it. ERAC does not lead to a good life unless you want to tag some tail that's in your branch or admin or whereever. Stop the mindfuck!!!!

Did you work in Charlotte? I did a 4.5 year tour all over the city...even a stop at the airport....

Now, my boss works is two states away and I talk to her about once a week I set my own schedule, and don't have to deal with deadbeat, shady, car-stealing, ccard declining, rude ass morons....

Wish I would've bounced a long time ago. Funny though, as the HR recruiter that hired me at my new gig said she was impressed by my 4.5 years at ERAC becuase of "the training program."
