Well, here is what happened for me. BTW, I failed the interview.

Enterprise rent-a-car contacts me saying they want to do an informal interview over the phone with me. I call the HR lady and more or less I sounded like a mumbling retard over the phone. So 2 minutes later she schedules me to meet with the HR lady.

Given how I don't have a business suit, I just wore my sisters mini-skirt, some pantyhose, and heels. The interview as really brief. What I can tell you (at least on this side of the United States) is that the questions focused revolved around sales and customer service. It was more or less behavioral.

At the end of the interview, the HR lady told me she was going to forward everything to the area manager. She then went on to tell me the person had to verify my employment and if he was happy with everything, they would contact me for another interview.

It's great! Lot's of fun, lot's of cool people, and you can move up fast. Wonderful work/life balance in this area. Great training program, which would be useful in any future jobs. However, if you aren't good with people or couldn't sell water to a man on fire, then don't bother. Skip the job with ERAC and just type mis-spelled posts with profanity on this site along with other guys who didn't make it.

Lots of changes in GP53 - lots of job opening across the state. I see 30% turnover this year alone. Just my 1% err.. 2 cents.

I'm about to help add to that turnover percentage.

OK cheerleader-type. When did "misspelled" become hyphenated in the English language? Better use spellcheck before you insult others who are simply sharing their opinions.
