Default Region A Facts

Fear no More.

This is truely a joyous time. I am no longer an employee to the slave trade. That is what this company is. I am not going to live a pack of lies any more. I worked in region AA and Came to one conclusion. Explotation. Take a heart filled with idealism and corrupt it. I can truely say this. The company does not give one shit about its employees and ESQI is nothing more than dust in the wind. Someone set the record for this in Group 53 and all he got was the big shaft in the A*& As for the manager in 53U, he learned from the King Cobra. KK was nothing but a pile of shit with a strange odor. He found a way to make you smell his arouma. But once it was gone all one could see was the lies and empty promises. KK never saw beyond the $$ sign. He was the devil playing the fidel hot. He corrupted all those innicent hearts that believed he truely lead. MW took all his Bullshit and passed it down, The sadest part of it all is that there are still those I care about that are still there wrapped around the snake of MW. MPS, JF, HM if you are listening I beg you to quit. MW cares about one thing only. How much money he can make off your soul. As for KK why do you need to relocate a secretary from 53AA to New Orleans. I know. What the wife dont know wont hurt. Pork away pal. Burn in hell Ya'll

The one thing that I like so much about ERAC is that I can make whatever kind of career I want out of it. Sure, there are bad people at any company. What really matters is how you rise above it and set your own course. I know exactly who you're talking about... I work in 53AA, and the initials aren't that hard to figure out. I didn't know KK very well, but I owe him a lot - he hired me. So you disagree with him. So what?? Every job I've ever had is that way. I'm not going to criticize you for your post. ERAC isn't for everyone, I know that for sure. But it is by far the BEST time I've ever had. Sure, the hours are long. But when I go home at night, I feel like I've done something with my time. Good luck to you, whoever you are. I hope you find happiness doing something else.

You need to get your head examined if you truly are enjoying your time there and feel like you are doing something with your time. Working at Wal Mart is as fulfilling as renting cars.

So you believe that since KK hired you he did you a favor. Let me guess. Your not a family man and are willing to zing around the E world. If this is you then maybe he did you a favor. But for once dont believe that they have your best intentions in their heart. You must be a new hire. If you truly knew KK then you would be aware you are nothing more than an expendable commodity. I have seen it first hand. Remember this , there is a great life beyond Erac. I have worked at different corporations and unless you see the other side of the coin what E shows you is all they want you to know. Not for all I agree. Cant blame one for a choice they make as long as it is an educated decision. Buying into propaganda because that is all you know is shameless. Dont take my word for it. Reach out to the veterans at E who refuse to sell their sole and they will truely lead you in the right directions. As you stated you feel like youve done something with your time. The percentage of those that you help vs those that you lie to are truely out numbered. Dont let the power of the E side take over who you are moraly. This job is a morale battle. On one side you are pressured to make a dollar. On the other side customer service is the way of life. What do you do. I chose the latter and was punished for it. Please try to remember this. Dont try to please man, try to please the man above. I wish you the best with E and dont become someone you are not.

No, it won't make me become someone I'm not - my life is about far more than just my job. I'm not a new hire - I have a little time under my belt. And I have worked for other corporations; enough to know that I actually have it pretty good where I'm at. The key is to not let the negative things get you down; focus on the positive.

I've never felt like just a comodity at ERAC - there's been several occasions when I've felt discouraged by things and I've had members of management there to help me out. I've always had my concerns addressed.

I dont know what is meant by a little time under your belt. I can tell you this. Ask anyone that has been there for more than two years and gets into management and they will tell you the truth. It may look good at the beginning, but get some more time under your belt and then you will see what everyone else in this forum is saying. There are many better places to work than enterprise. Id be interested to see who your ARM is. There is only one that truely cares about the people. Do you think working 60 hrs a week is pretty good. Up at the crack of dawn and getting home late? How about is it morally right to tell a customer who had a res a lie about why their car is not there? Now I will grant you that at times their is a honest answer as to why. We all know that it is better to rent a car to a walk in than hold it all day for a res and hope that something else arrives. If this is what you consider better than other jobs you have had some tough jobs. Dont get pulled into the Erac trap.

It's been awhile since I've posted. KK was a nice guy, but he only wanted to put a bandaid on issues that needed major surgery. He completely lost touch with his admin employees, as a result look at all the turnover in Region AA admin in the past 5 months. Don't ever think you owe anyone anything at ERAC, because it is a machine and you can either cut the vein yourself or let the machine eat you alive and spit you out. Either way - it's never pretty!!
That is a fact.

Yo, I know exactly who you are, and we worked in the same area at one time. Dude, best thing I ever did was leave. We need to find a way to talk directly. I would like to keep in touch and see how all is going. Figure out a way and we will talk. PS this is for real. I can give you the initial JH that worked 30 miles from you and MPS. Lets talk soon
