Fear no More. This is truely a joyous time. I am no longer an employee to the slave trade. That is what this company is. I am not going to live a pack of lies any more. I worked in region AA and Came to one conclusion. Explotation. Take a heart filled with idealism and corrupt it. I can truely say this. The company does not give one shit about its employees and ESQI is nothing more than dust in the wind. Someone set the record for this in Group 53 and all he got was the big shaft in the A*& As for the manager in 53U, he learned from the King Cobra. KK was nothing but a pile of shit with a strange odor. He found a way to make you smell his arouma. But once it was gone all one could see was the lies and empty promises. KK never saw beyond the $$ sign. He was the devil playing the fidel hot. He corrupted all those innicent hearts that believed he truely lead. MW took all his Bullshit and passed it down, The sadest part of it all is that there are still those I care about that are still there wrapped around the snake of MW. MPS, JF, HM if you are listening I beg you to quit. MW cares about one thing only. How much money he can make off your soul. As for KK why do you need to relocate a secretary from 53AA to New Orleans. I know. What the wife dont know wont hurt. Pork away pal. Burn in hell Ya'll

The one thing that I like so much about ERAC is that I can make whatever kind of career I want out of it. Sure, there are bad people at any company. What really matters is how you rise above it and set your own course. I know exactly who you're talking about... I work in 53AA, and the initials aren't that hard to figure out. I didn't know KK very well, but I owe him a lot - he hired me. So you disagree with him. So what?? Every job I've ever had is that way. I'm not going to criticize you for your post. ERAC isn't for everyone, I know that for sure. But it is by far the BEST time I've ever had. Sure, the hours are long. But when I go home at night, I feel like I've done something with my time. Good luck to you, whoever you are. I hope you find happiness doing something else.

No, it won't make me become someone I'm not - my life is about far more than just my job. I'm not a new hire - I have a little time under my belt. And I have worked for other corporations; enough to know that I actually have it pretty good where I'm at. The key is to not let the negative things get you down; focus on the positive. I've never felt like just a comodity at ERAC - there's been several occasions when I've felt discouraged by things and I've had members of management there to help me out. I've always had my concerns addressed.

It's been awhile since I've posted. KK was a nice guy, but he only wanted to put a bandaid on issues that needed major surgery. He completely lost touch with his admin employees, as a result look at all the turnover in Region AA admin in the past 5 months. Don't ever think you owe anyone anything at ERAC, because it is a machine and you can either cut the vein yourself or let the machine eat you alive and spit you out. Either way - it's never pretty!! That is a fact.
