I got a watch one year - can't remember if it was a Christmas gift or one of those "on rent" milestone gifts. I gave it to a customer right after the big bosses left.

I also scratched the "e" off of that clock radio referenced earlier. I would never display that damn "e" in my house.

I got one of those. (plus you get another week vaca at 5 years) It wasn't all that bad. Honestly, most companies don't do anything after 5 years. I'm already 5 years in at my new job and it is great but I didn't get a thing, not even a email or acknowledgement.

That's because ERAC doesn't expect you to last 5 years, and most companies who take care of their employees do!

I am supprised that ecrap even tracks MT retention. I know they spend alot of money training MT's, but they spend even more on managers. You know sendingthem to Orlando every May, Atlanta/where ever for MDI and St. Louis for MDII.

What do you think GP53's retention would be if they tracked MT's through BM's? I am guessing somewhere around a 10% retention rate, if that.

They are always crappy!! I'm not sure if each group has different gifts. Group 03's gifts are a nice selection.....a bath robe, 2 towels and a small cooler, a pink watch, or a pink travel bag. Who really gets vacation time???? Maybe the gay ass managers will get the travel bags and the regular employees will grab up the coolers (those coolers probably can hold a whole 6 pack)

By the time I left ECRAP I was getting 3 weeks vaca plus 7 choice days.
I often carried over 5 days so I had 27 days to use most years. As a L3
admin empoyee I was able to use my days whenever I wanted but the slaves in the branches could barely take 1 day off without getting a buch of crap.

You must have had it made, rental sucked, they made you feel like a douche if you had to go to the doctor, much less vacation!
