Basically, in a nutshell, it is rental vs remarketing. Rental will always come first. PERIOD. Rent them at all costs. The remarketing department is still the redheaded stepchild in the eyes of "the firm." ERAC sucks and so do all their managers!

Carney got a early xmas gift from team green and ways walked out a week before xmas. UNBELIEVABLE! Manny is there hanging on. They have an ARM with 4 month in rmkt.
