| Well well well well well.........former trucker here. I worked at Z1...when I left there was 2 people left out of the six that were there when I started. All together there is only 4 employees left there. And one of them is going through some interviews as we speak...which of course that is to find a "BETTER" job. And the other one that isnt any kind of manager just started 2 days before I WALKED out. Thats right I left the gas card on the desk and said "PEACE, DONT WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS REVOLVING DOOR ANYMORE!!!" So you need to know something about trucking in NC just ask....I will gladly fill you in on what I know!!!!! |

| So once again, ERAT NC has only 1 branch manager...Chas, when are you going to stop kissing Mike and Jason's ass and realize that you'll never get promoted to Area Manager?? Raleigh and Greensboro can't seem to keep managers around. Working for Mike and Jason, who would want to stay around???? Hopefully GD will someday finally get it that Mike is THE WORST manager in the history of Enterprise. He can't keep employees (I think his retention is around 20%), and always has some "big deal" in the works...but nothing ever comes out of it. |

| I haven't worked at ERAC in 4 years. That Chas guy from Charlotte is still working for them? I figured he would have moved on by now. He has been there for around 5 or 6 years. Is he trying to become a truck rental Area Manager or a car rental area manager? |

| Chas's last name starts with a P...not sure on where he started in car, but has been in truck for like 4 years (was assistant in Charlotte for Jason, then promoted to BM in truck in Greensboro).....thinks he's going to someday get promoted, but if you work for MP, that's not going to happen. No GTM in the country would hire an employee who trained under him. When you have a 14% retention rate, what type of managers do you think you're creating?? Jason is the only promoted manager out of GP 53 truck...and where did he get promoted to? Hmmmm, Group 53??? Hopefully GD will wake up one day and realize what a terrible GTM Mike is and fire him. Maybe then he'd be able to keep employees. Aside from Chas and Jason, not one employee has been there since the beginning. No one promoted, all quit, fired, or went back to car rental. As a GTM you should be judged on your ability to help people get promoted, as well as run your business well. MP hasn't and won't learn that. He's going to continually lose good people because he's a terrible boss. |

| So.....haven't seen anything posted here in awhile. How's truck in NC doing these days? How's Mike & Jason? Have they opened any new branches? HAHAHAHA, right! How about moving Z2 from the kitchen in admin....bet not either. So what is it exactly that they do with their time other than harassing employees?? They should back off and let their managers manage the office and they manage the "big picture" items.....oh yeah, it's Mike & Jason I'm talking about--the least "big picture" ERAT employees. They are both so caught up in the daily events that they can't see to tomorrow. Growth? Not so much. Happy Employees? 22% retention rate. Promotions? Only for Jason. |
