Any Group 53 Out There?

Reggie Regan reached a "mutual termination" after something like 13 years of service. I think his employee number was 384 or something stupid low.

I don't blame him. He was pigeonholed with nowhere to go from his position. Glad to see the highest level minority in the whole group was forced out. Way to promote diversity in the workplace 53.

Brian Beasley went to GP21 I believe or GP16 (somewhere in the DC/Virginia area)

Paul Fitzpatrick is the OPS manager - he was hitting his 20 year mark so it was either resign, move, or find a new position. I think they fired Scott to open up this position for Paul.

Can't believe this hasn't made it on there yet. With all the great news about how big the fleet is getting and so forth, it seems kinda ironic that there is one MAJOR change going on, at least in Group 53. Apparently the Christmas Party, the bastion of bragging rights for most employees is all but dead. The party is being moved to Charlotte AND they are NOT paying for hotel rooms anymore. They claim they lost too much money on people not showing up, but it was clearly stated when you sign up that if you don't show, your room bill will be deducted from your paycheck. So this is utter bullshit. The only thing they are offering is buses from Wilmington, Greenville, etc. Great, so you have to ride 4-6 hours in your nice outfit to a shitty party in an area that is not very central like Greensboro was AND you have to ride back on that same bus that night. Talk about shitty, I have heard that many people are simply not going anymore.

Way to go GP 53, make sure to pump up that employee satisfaction and retention since the 2 year employee opinion survey just got finished. Guess they figure most the folks that remember the real parties will be fired or quit by the time the next survey rolls around, or will be making enough to afford to get a hotel room down there in Charlotte.

Hey Dumbass. It's Bryan (not Brian), and Bryan definately doesn't work in GP16 or GP21. He left the company!!!!!!!
As for KA, you maybe one of the many who can't handle a strong woman. From knowing her well, 53AA tried to pull some sneaky shit. So good for her to last almost 5 years. I would be the same way she was, simply because ERAC can do that to you.
