I am with I was there., I worked for ERAC for almost 3 years. Promotions are based on nothing more than how drunk you can get with the RVP (at that time it was KK) and how much bad debt you can hide to make your numbers at the branch look great. I know most of the ARMS that were promoted all had huge bad debt numbers three months after they left the branches. Six figures in 6 years: Only if you operate like the CEO from Enron. Nothing more than a lie to get people in the door. What the pitch should state is: Sell your soul to the devil for 6 years and we will underpay you for ever!!!

Vincent you are right on the money, keep up the great work! I'm almost detoxed from my "enterprise commitment".

Level 2 BM
I actually saw my AREA MANAGER's commision % once and figured that he made 5K more than me--I couldnt believe it. This really surprised me because he was tight with my RRM and RVP(everyone knows this is the only way to get ahead).
And there were some months when I actually made more than him when our area sucked it up and my branch excelled. Granted, I was probably on the higher end of BM's statewide making between 55-60K in 2005.
After all the Bull___ getting to Level 3, to not even be rewarded with a decent payday is atrocious. Thank god I jumped ship when I did.
Wait for your opportunity, many companies including the pharmaceutical industry really think highly of ERAC's training program---when you get that chance TAKE IT!!!!
