Let's start the "AM don't get paid enough club" I hereby swear a raise will come my fellow AM. I will pout and scream until I get a raise. This is ridiculous that we are paid less than MTs with our base salary. Our base should be exactly or a little more than an MT plus commission. I demand a raise!
