| A manger will always have faults. You should not judge one till you have been one. Every manager does their job differently. I am working for one of the managers that is mentioned on this thread. This person is highly effective at motivation and customer service. It is easy to judge a manager's actions when you have never been one. Sure they are abrasive sometimes, but that is what it takes to get the job done. The person I am talking about is also very accomodating when an employee has a life changing event and needs support. This is the number one thing I look at in management. Think about your manager, will this person be there when you need them? If the answer is yes then maybe you should look past the other faults. Yes I am a current emp. in Nor. Nev. and yes I have also been a manager for 2 other fortune five hundred comp. Erac is one of the few that still sticks by its' people. Look at the headlines. Have you ever seen them laying off massive amounts of workers? Yeah life is hard God forbid you have to get your hands dirty washing cars on your way to the top. No I don't bleed green. My loyalty to a company is the same as any one elses. Once we feel we can't move up the ranks or the pay sucks then we leave. If you motivate yourself you will make it in Erac. Work is supposed to be hard. If you don't like your manager then move up and become one yourself. |

| I started in Group 54 and have since transfered to another group. I know this job isn't easy, but trust me when I say YOU HAVE IT GOOD in Group 54!! The support and training you receive from your managers can not be found in other groups! You always think the grass is greener on the other side well let me tell you..I am on the otherside and it is NOT greener! I would give my right arm to work under Tony Bourne, Jason Haaksma, Donna Sbarra, Jahi Arnold or Ken Crean again. No company is perfect out there..not a single one, so lets forget about who is the worst manager why don't we take a poll on who is the best? My vote..Jason Haaksma! |
