| Thanks for being a nurse. We need more of you in this world.Good luck. If you want to make a real difference in the world then just be nice and understand that people are people. Don't bash someone for being who GOD made them to be. Im sure you can be a nice person, why do you hate so much that is in this world. We are all GOD's creation and should be respected as such. |

| Who said anything about hate? I obviously love working with and helping people. That is why I originally applied at ERAC. I believe in good customer service and I thought that that is what ERAC was about because that was what I was told during the entire interview process. I had no idea it would be a meaningless job where you were made to feel worthless if you could not sell DUB, gain/keep corporate accounts, wash cars in 100+ degree heat in nylons, heels and a skirt- with a smile. I posted a response on this thread because I was witness to a certain employee's unprofessional behavior. I was horrified that this is how I was expected to present myself in order to come up through the ranks. Besides, everyone knows about this employee...I am just one of many former/current employees who could post about an experience w/her. Isn't that what this thread is titled...sex @54??? And... Who cares about the matrix. That thing is a complete joke. I can't even begin to count the number of really good employees who got screwed because of that thing. It is really sad to see so many good people come into the job with high hopes and positive attitudes and leave feeling broke, crushed, defeated and mentally/physically exhausted. It is not worth it. At ERAC, it all comes down to who you know/who you do and not what you know/what you do. The employee in question has just mastered the "who" part of the equation... |

Would you agree that there are a good amount of people out there that want to make it to the top at whatever cost? By lying, cheating, and the like, you have people at the top of "the beloved matrix" that may not deserve to be there. While you have others that may have a better business sense, and morals, that arent willing to bend the rules to make themselves look better. Then you have your standard jackass people in upper management, who want to make their jobs easier. They create a matrix so they dont have to actually fact find to find out who the best person for the job is. They want to refer to a bullshit piece of paper that does not take into account disadvantages of being at certain branches, cheating, and so on. Point being, a "good employee" may not be found at the top of a matrix. Do the work and get to know your employees and find out that way. Just because you can sell dub to old people and foreigners doesnt make you the best person for a promotion. |

Now answer this.....Other than "performance"....and I use that term VERY loosely, which of those other qualities can you determine from a matrix? And how? |
