I cant stand ERAC double talk, everyone thinks theyre a fucking politician. I am not a rookie MT sitting in my bosses office, trying to get a raise I dont deserve....Answer the question. |

| What a joke...you can't even answer the question. Nice cop out- almost as lame as the taco bell comment. What in hell are you even doing on this website, besides seeing if anyone has posted about you?Yet, I am the loser...? |

Thats right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ERAC losers |

| There are no " corp answers", there are only people who can not forumlate a thought and create an answer that anybody can follow. You gave all those attributes but you can't create an action plan for your people that will make them successful. That is not a " corp answer", it is called life. Success can be measured by a matrix. The heart and talent you think you had can not. Good luck |

WTF??? Speaking of formulating a thought......Sit down think your thought through, then type. My point is this....The "stats" on the matrix, can be manipulated and or misinterpreted. You cant possibly disagree with me on this. Number of tickets written and DUB sales does not take into account what the circumstances are (I, B, D, R, etc...). Corporate Accounts?? Thats a joke. Referrals? (also a joke). All these "measurable" components in the matrix (that in your opinion are a formula for success) can be manipulated to make an individual look "promotable" by ERAC standards. I am not saying that the values that the matrix sets out to display are not good, they are (work hard, sell, promote the business, etc...). But it cant be the only way to determine promotions, because of the fact that it can be manipulated or misinterpreted. I just think its the lazy man's way out of sitting down and really getting to know your employees, to determine the best man or woman for the job....Unless you are ok with blindly promoting cheaters, sneaks, and frauds, along with your occasional genuinely good employee. Sounds like you are still at ERAC, you are the one that needs the luck. Good luck |

| The fact is the matrix is all about sales. Newsflash a good sales person is not necessarily a good manager. This is the inherent prblem with ERAC. They think because youi can sell you can manage people. |

| A great sales person will be a good manager. A great manager is great at sales. Sales involves communication and the ability to persuade. If you can not help someone see your point of view, which is what a sales is, then how can you possilby be expected to be a good manager. It's ok that you are not a good sales person. Why don't you try the callback center, sounds like it would be a better fit for your skill level? Not everyone will succeed in rental, but everyone can be a success with ERAC if they find their nitch. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Level III |
