No offense, but ex-ERAC employees are not the way to go! Once you get out of rental, you don't want to work for another rental company. Good luck, though!

Ah, but herein lies the rub, my friend: Enterprise is not a true reflection of the industry as a whole. There are other companies (and other people within them) who respect the efforts of their employees and reward them for their hard work.

Again, good luck, I'm just telling you my opinion. Renting cars is a hell of a way to make a living, you get beat up on a daily basis. When I left ERAC, I got offered a job with HLE, and told them thanks, but no thanks. Yes, there are companies that reward their employees for their hard work, I happen to work for one, but I wouldn't work in rental again if you gave me my own franchise. Just being honest!
