Hey I work in group 42 and I have been contacted. Management stressing this is the "wrong" thing to do. I will join WHEN we go union and all other MTs in the area have also agreed.

My RVP is trying to deny that the UAW deal is real but most MTs have been contacted in my state. RVP sounds like the Iraq general that said the Americans were not coming. I think my RVP would have made an excellent Iraq republican guard soldier(all talk zero fight/zero respect)

GO UNION GROUP 55. This group is more like the Peoples Republic of Enterprise. You give allegiance to the green E, and pledge ALL to which it stands. When you BUY into this Bullshit Regime, oh I mean Company, kiss all happiness, morals, and family goodbye. Never get out of line or speak ill of the Field Marshals, oh I mean management, or the brown shirts will come and you know what that will mean.

Anybody in Group 21 or 53 been contacted about this? I haven't heard shit, but I'd be down.

Would be interesting to see every car prep/MT/MA go on strike about labor conditions. See the AM, BM, and ARM out scrubbing cars and picking up customers for a few days. Haha

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard- who the hell contacted you? And did you happen to tell them that :

a) Group 42 is in Florida, a right to work state /not very condusive to unions

and

b.) You're really only sopose to be an MT for 8 months.

Suck it up, get yourself promoted- if you still hate ERAC down the road beat them at their own "burn and turn" game and use the expierence to find a "better job"
