| Will someone please inform me of the advantages of having an outside organization determine whats in the best interest of a segment of our workforce that is expected to earn their way out within a year (we rent cars, its not that hard) or move on? What you're telling me is that the slugs that squirm their way through the interview process will just be here that much longer??? How does that improve anything for anybody? |
