Be sure to come back here and tell us about it. I'm sure lots of people would be very interested.

Good point, wouldn't an MT/MA not be eligible for a promotion to ABM? Or would one have to wait due to senority? From my understanding of unions, lower management stays lower management. I will do some reading. I thinks it sounds better than what it actually is.

This just shows you how clowns in this organization think green everyday. The truth is andy taylor, rvp, arm, bm, or am DO NOT give a damn about you or your family. Go union or get out it will be the best move you ever make in a career. Disregard stuipd kool-aid posting like the above. I WAS contacted and ATTENDED the meeting and the VOTE is coming. Hopefully we can get enough people to vote yes and stop the unfair labor practices of this organization.

So, tell us about the meeting. What went on there?

Will someone please inform me of the advantages of having an outside organization determine whats in the best interest of a segment of our workforce that is expected to earn their way out within a year (we rent cars, its not that hard) or move on? What you're telling me is that the slugs that squirm their way through the interview process will just be here that much longer??? How does that improve anything for anybody?

Slugs that squirm their way through the interview process...

Hmmm. I thought ERAC is selective about who they hire. And as a Level III, you were a part of that...

I love how you view your (former) employees. It sounds like they could've used a Union! Or better yet, gotten the hell out.....

You again you cocksucker!!!! I can't believe your pompus Level III attitude. I hope you wash a car and your tie is caught in the shop vac and you slowly choke to death!!!!!!! Of course, that's only wishful thinking being that ARM do NO work whatsoever. Do us all a favor, go back to your high class wanna be lifestyle and leave us grunts in peace. You wouldn't know hard work if it slapped you in your caviar eating, perrier drinking, superb ass kissing face!!!!
