Car Sales Aquisition Fees

I heard a VP was helping the referral Car Sales operation roll deals by allowing the GCSM roll the aquisition charges into the financing. The aquisition charges are bank charges paid by the sell to buy down paper on bad credit deals. Anyways the VP found a way to get customers to take this on. When he got caught he rolled it on the Manager. Way to go. Anyways how is it possible to sustain a deal license while in violation of the TLA.

I heard the VP, Rohdog ate his breakfast for this one, I am not sure though, anyone know the deal on this??

I would think that the GM shoul be ultimately responsible for this. How does he get away with this? Wonder if the Alabama dealer board would be as lenient as Corporate Internal Audit?
