I have to agree with the previous posts about Ravoyl Land- whoever thinks that he is a great- hell, even a semi decent manager- is sadly mistaken. All he cares about is making sure he can play race cards every chance he gets, threaten his managers jobs at every meeting, and fire any manager that is actually making decent money- or drive them all to quit! Ravoyl Land has not improved 55M1 since he's been here- his retention record speaks for itself. He has ruined many lives and fired many managers that should have had his job! SOMEONE needs to realize that all he is doing is causing his employees to hate their job- and him- and someone needs to get rid of him!!!! He is by far the biggest A$$ I have ever worked for! I just hope all the crap he's doing to other people will one day come back and bite him where it hurts the worst!

Ravoyl Land is so nice . I feel privledged to be in his area. I always get a smile and a hand shake from him. I feel that Mr. Land should be running all of GP55 . Ravoyl, thank you for your sincerity and integrity. You have a gift in leading people in the right path. Birmingham's Enterprises are the best and lead the nation with the best customer service . Anyone who has a bad attitude should keep this in mind: If you always do what you always done then you always get what you always gotten !!!:)
