Group 56 - 5699,MM,WW,EE

Current employee? Former employees are you now working for companies you are all happy with? Did your experience with ERAC help you with the new jobs. I have been working for ERAC in 56 for more than 3 years now not very happy with my pay what's the deal with that on the outside......

Rumour is that truck is headed for a fall. Car rental mt's know to STAY AWAY from truck. Bad career move. AM seems nice but a butt head, bad pay, bad treatment, no trucks, no help, .........no hope. Everyone is hunting a job.

I always thought trucks would be a good deal just doesn't seem to be that way....I think they need to focus more on the retail side with trucks.....there are plenty of renters out there willing to rent a truck to pull a boat on the weekend,haul stuff during the week,heck there are even opportunities for truck on the insurance side of things if they can get there focus away from Corporate customers all the time. I never worked in truck so maybe their are laibility issue associated with that but thats just my opinion......

I work in EE now. When NH was RVP he was an ass, but he knew how to run the business. Our new RVP hasn't a CLUE!! Seriously, EE is in a downward spiral. PPL are dropping like flies. I could go on and on about all the crap going down, but what's the point? Nothing changes.

Someone asked about our new RVP....where to start? We had our 4000 on rent party back in Oct, he had just moved here, and he didn't even bring his wife to the party...he brought some dude. Weird. And he talks and talks and talks!! ugh!

Ohh, and to the one asking...we have an area manger who is african american (JH), I personally don't think he deserved the position....but lately there have been several promotions to AM that I don't think were deserved.

yeah whats his name russ or something is a black ARM... i dont know what he like though... i think with any company u gotta be friends with upper management and fit the clique.. whatever it is.. so im fucked in other words :)

Well, they just became a regionalized Group in 2003. The RRMs that are there just got there, and are just now starting to get promoted. I can tell you first hand upper managment does not care if you are black, white, green, purple, male or female. They want candidates that are more than just babies that think the world should be handed to them. They want employees that are not scared to work hard for their success. They want people that are ready for the real world, a world that can be hard and cruel, but if you stay focused and work hard for your goals everyday you can be a success. There are thousands of success stories within this company and I am one of them. They really care about there employess. I am a mother of 2, and I have no problem managing my career and my children. Please look at the real reason you were not a success with this company, it has nothing to do with your sexuality or color, it has to do with your motivation to succeed. Quit making excuses for your failures.
