Group 56 - 5699,MM,WW,EE

Does anyone have anything to say about ERAC in TN?

Never worked in that group myself but I have quite a few friends that did and a couple that still do. I have heard most say they like that group. They do have quite a few blacks that have made it past BM status. (Unlike another group I know....26)

I was a branch manager in 56 and i left about two months ago. I was in 56ee and it was pretty bad...there have been quite a few managers that have quit here recently. Although people are getting promoted extremely fast, it's only because management is quitting right and left. Being female, I personally was fed up with the good 'ole boy mentality, sexual harrasment, and never getting a lunch since my branch was constantly understaffed. There is only one person in upper management that really cares about anyone and that is LS (RRM). To all those still left in East Tennessee, good luck and don't forget to SHOUT 'EM UP!!!

I worked at a few branches in the greater Nashville area (5601,5602 & 5604). It was hell on earth. Long hours, gross customers, disgusting finds in cars (sh*t, guns, drugs, needles, condoms, etc.), jackass ARMS... the list goes on. I was verbally abused by managers, assaulted by customers and scared for my life on a few ghetto runs.

As a former female employee I was appauled at the rumors of other women sleeping with ARMS to get promoted while the honest people always quit.

PL-EASE, They just axed 2 brothas (ARMS). You have to be white and friends with top management to get past ARM in good ole boy nation.

Chris West did get tossed out finally. I used to work in his area and he fucked me over several times for promotions. The day that I quit someone told me that he had been fired for sexual harassment. It was like a going away gift to me. It was a long time coming for him.
