I quit like 1 yr ago..goooshh I do not miss it at all!! I am doing 3 times more money than I did at Erac. I work 40 hrs a week.. yes sir!! 40 not 50 not 60 and the best of all I have a real job where I do not get calls on SUNDAYS regarding being short on cars for Monday morning. I do not clean cars wearing a suit!! I deal with professionals no more getto, rednecks and hill billy upper management!!!
I have nothing good to say about that place..I have not kept up with the news but that idiot Hafer I think is gone. I do remember a fake blond S.Brown .. what an idiot.. she has no common sense.. Needless to say I guarantee she still there..She has no brain to perform at a higher level..

ERAC is a joke, 56MM is horrid, always play the game and do what they want you to do and you will do well, but feel like a total sellout. Neglect your own needs for crappy pay so the overpaid Level 3's on up can play golf and enforce the rules that they create that will never apply to them.

words out my mouth! i hate my job so much all i do is drink when i get home.. i had two customers who booked ecars online today and they BOTH DNQ'ed and threw a fit about how they were NEVER told about debit qualifications and how RIDICULOUS it was to ask for ONE current utility bill that is paid up... i just gave up and told them to get out... then of course my ARM gets wind of it and rents them for free without even qualifying them so if they steal or end up owing large a large balance, MY paycheck will suffer...

and there is a new competitor in town and new branch nearby so my pay sucks and they wont adjust my payplan they just say GROW YOUR FLEET and you will make $... of course our 910 and natres rates are so damn cheap we cant do anything!!!! EVERY damn customer says one thing.. "i want the cheapest car you got"
